An AI photoshoot is easier to manage when it has the same basic planning documents as a small creative production: a subject, a visual direction, a shot list and a definition of an acceptable deliverable. A folder full of attractive but unrelated portraits is not yet a usable creator shoot.
Write the one-paragraph shoot brief
Define the creator, audience, setting and intended use. State whether the output is a profile image, an editorial post, a product introduction or a video starting frame. These uses need different framing and different levels of product detail.
Original fictional adult travel creator. Warm, understated city-weekend theme. Navy jacket and neutral wardrobe. Produce six vertical social images with consistent facial features, natural-looking light and enough composition space for separate captions. No generated brand logos or testimonial claims.
This is an original example brief. Adapt it to your actual persona and assets. If you are using a real person’s reference photographs, confirm that your intended use is authorized.
Choose the production approach
A hosted creator tool can simplify persona setup and generation. A local ComfyUI graph offers more direct control over supported models and processing steps, but requires compatible files and a working installation. Choose according to the deliverables and the controls you need.

A selfie-style image can be one shot in the set. An AI selfie generator may produce a convincing casual frame, but evaluate it beside the neutral portrait before treating it as the same character.
Use a repeatable prompt structure
For a realistic photo prompt, specify subject, action, setting, framing, light and the visual details that must stay consistent. Avoid piling unrelated camera styles into one instruction. Keep the identity description stable and edit the scene-specific part.
Portrait example: “Original adult travel host in a navy jacket, chest-up portrait at a quiet train station, soft overcast daylight, camera at eye level, relaxed neutral expression, realistic fabric texture, uncluttered background.”
Seated example: “The same adult host seated at a café table near a window, medium shot, navy jacket open over a plain cream shirt, one relaxed hand beside a ceramic mug, soft side light, calm background.”
Starting-frame example: “The same host standing on a wide pedestrian street, medium framing with space around the shoulders, neutral stance, diffuse morning light, stable background and no overlapping passersby.”
These examples are editorial starting points, not benchmarked prompts. Use the reference or identity controls that your chosen tool actually supports. Repeating “the same person” in text alone is not proof that a model will preserve the identity.
Review the contact sheet as a set
Place the six candidates together at the same display size. Compare facial shape, hairline, distinguishing features, wardrobe, apparent age and the overall visual direction. Then inspect each file for hands, teeth, object interactions and distracting background artifacts.
Record a pass or a specific revision for every shot. “Better face” is difficult to act on; “jaw shape differs from the approved portrait” gives the next attempt a concrete target. Use the hand repair guide when the issue is localized.
Expand the accepted shoot into a content batch
Save accepted files separately from candidates and keep the prompt, reference and settings that produced them. Create additional scenes from that documented setup. If a new outfit or angle weakens identity consistency, resolve that change before generating a large batch.
