Refund Policy

No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clout does not provide refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, credits to your payment method, or compensation for purchases of subscriptions, renewals, credit packs, top-ups, add-ons, digital goods, AI processing, or other paid features.

By purchasing or subscribing, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to digital software, platform credits, AI generation capacity, and premium features, and that those purchases are non-refundable unless a non-waivable law requires otherwise.

What This Policy Covers

No refunds or cash credits are issued for:

  • Unused subscription time, unused credits, renewals, or accidental purchases.
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated images, videos, dialogue, prompts, or personas.
  • Outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, rejected, or unusable.
  • Content moderation decisions, account restrictions, or terms violations.
  • Service interruptions, downtime, provider outages, bugs, or data loss.
  • Third-party platform decisions, ad network decisions, payment processor actions, or social platform removals.

Platform Credits Are Not Cash Refunds

This policy applies to money paid to Clout. Separately, the Service may automatically restore platform credits for failed generation attempts, or Clout may restore credits in its discretion when a technical failure prevents a paid operation from completing. Restored platform credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not create a right to a monetary refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Credits section of your Settings page or by contacting [email protected] from the email address on the account. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not refund or prorate the current billing period, and access may continue until the end of the paid period unless the account is terminated for a terms violation.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us promptly at [email protected] with the account email, invoice or receipt, and a description of the issue. Clout may correct verified billing errors or unauthorized charges where required by law or payment network rules. This does not change the general no-refunds policy for valid purchases.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute so we can investigate the issue. Chargebacks or payment disputes that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy may result in account suspension, termination, loss of credits, collection activity, and recovery of fees or costs where permitted by law.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. If a law requires a refund, replacement, cancellation right, or other remedy despite this policy, Clout will comply with that law.
