The best ComfyUI upscale workflow for a creator image is the one that enlarges the approved asset without making its face, product or texture less believable. A larger pixel count is useful only when the result survives inspection.
Start with a simple image-upscale graph

For the first test, upscale an already-approved image. Do not combine a new generation model, face repair and upscaler in one experiment. You want to see what the enlargement stage alone changes.

If a basic model does not satisfy the brief, write down the specific failure before adding another stage. “The product label changes” is useful. “Needs more quality” is not. A tiled or generative enhancement workflow introduces more settings and more opportunities to change the image, so test it as a separate production version.
Use a small representative sample: one portrait, one hand-and-product scene and one detailed background. A method that improves a landscape but damages the face should not automatically become the default for all creator assets.
Keep the delivery archive clear
Store the approved source, the upscale workflow and the delivery export under related filenames. Keep the large intermediate separate from the final asset so a teammate does not accidentally upload a huge file or the wrong crop. Include the destination and dimensions in the delivery note.
