Every evening, a tiny brass robot lit the lantern above the greenhouse door. One rainy night, the lantern went dark. The robot searched the shelves and found a single seed glowing softly in a clay pot. It carried the pot to the doorway. By morning, a golden flower had opened, lighting the glasshouse from within. The robot put away its matches. Some lights only need time to grow.
