ORIGINAL TOPAZ PREVIEW PLAN
Planning example only - no Topaz render or benchmark performed

Source: your authorized accepted rainy-city cycling shot
Intent: reduce visible compression around the moving jacket without changing the subject
Select a short range with the cyclist crossing a bright window and fine railings
Record source dimensions, frame rate, video type and exact app version
Candidate A: selected model and restrained treatment
Candidate B: same range and delivery, one documented model or control change
Inspect matching moments, then normal-speed playback
Check jacket texture, railing edges, face, shadows, background stability and audio
Record model, settings, local or cloud route, quote, charge, time and accepted filename
Keep untouched source and inspect actual export in final edit
