The overlay filter frame counter is local to that filter. The scoped report checks decoded output frames47and48, rather than treating expression values as a substitute for inspecting the output. The comparison scales each variant to640by360 and adds an original label strip.

No learned model or commercial editor was tested. This is an authored full-frame wipe to conceal the cut, not an automatic cut-quality detector.
