Original Clout motion fixture, October 30 2026
This package contains authored synthetic inputs, not FlashVSR outputs.
Reference: 768 by 512, 144 frames, 24 fps, six seconds, no audio.
Degraded input: 384 by 256, same duration/frame count, area downscale and H264 CRF32.
The moving striped rectangle passes behind a fixed teal occluder. Fine vertical stripes move above a stationary grid. Review temporal consistency, not natural photographic quality.

To reproduce with Python 3 and FFmpeg installed, run create_fixture.py in a scratch folder. It creates the original 768 by 384 clip and first degraded version. Then run:
ffmpeg -i flashvsr-motion-source.mp4 -vf pad=768:512:0:64:color=0x121e34 -c:v libx264 -crf 15 -pix_fmt yuv420p -movflags +faststart flashvsr-motion-reference.mp4
ffmpeg -i flashvsr-motion-reference.mp4 -vf scale=384:256:flags=area -c:v libx264 -crf 32 -pix_fmt yuv420p -movflags +faststart flashvsr-motion-input.mp4

Only the padded reference and its degraded input are the published pair. Frame hashes vary with encoder builds; published file hashes are in the provenance JSON. No model inference, timing benchmark or quality score was performed.
