Original image-to-animation exercise

Input
Use courier-animation-start.png as the first frame in a compatible image-to-video route. Use only the controls supported by the selected model.

Motion prompt
One continuous medium-wide shot. The courier gently raises the envelope from its side to chest height, then holds it steadily. Both feet remain planted and the camera stays locked. The other arm rests at its side. The body, face, antenna and single envelope retain their appearance.

Editorial target
Allow time to read the initial pose, the lift and the ending hold. The authored reference is five seconds; that is not a guarantee of the generated duration or exact action timing. The final pose is review guidance, not proof that an endpoint control is supported.

Acceptance
One robot, one envelope, stable eyes and antenna, readable hand contact, planted feet, complete lift and usable ending. Record the first defect and actual time.

Scope
The PNG frames and silent MP4 are original native Blender animation, not a generated AI result or model benchmark. No model job was submitted. Modify the included Blender scene for a different camera or staging.
