The source creates three PNG layouts, a shot-plan JSON and the MP4. The first and final shots reuse the source image; the middle shot uses the reference-led lifestyle image. Typography is authored in the source. Edit the shot titles there and render again. The example has no audio track. Font rasterization and encoder versions can affect output bytes.
