ORIGINAL UNTESTED CHARACTER REPLACEMENT BRIEFS
Not replacement results or offline execution proof

BASELINE WAVE
Source: owned single-person clip, still camera, plain room, visible feet
Reference: original orange humanoid robot with blue eyes
Operation: replacement, preserve environment and one-wave timing
Review: shell, eyes, proportions, hand shape, boundaries, feet and shadow

MODEST TURN
Use the same approved character and a single-person modest turn
Review the silhouette and hand crossing the torso
If it fails, return to the baseline and change one input
Do not add a prop, camera move and wardrobe change in one retry

Record the implementation and actual settings used
Inspect the prepared source, pose, face, mask and background files
Watch the entire final export before approval
